About The Owner Of Visualites
University of Cincinnati, College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning (DAAP) in 1999.
Since then he has been involved in digital and product design in a multitude of forms including as owner of Roaring Media based in Aspen, Colorado. Additionally, Jerry has taught design at the Aspen branch of Colorado Mountain College from 2002 until 2018.
Lumen Eyewear holds an FDA license for the manufacture of eyewear including reading glasses. FDA Registration Number: 3014100133 and FDA Owner Operator Number: 10056119 The purpose of this registration is to ensure that eyewear manufacturers adhere to standards in quality as well as public safety with their products. This registration is attached to specific medical device listing numbers associated with each of the products manufactured by Lumen and this is verified with customs at the point of entry for all the eyewear imported.
Jerry is also a member of the Vision Council of the United States and attends the Vision Expo East every year in New York as well as attending the Executive Summit in San Diego in January. At these shows, Jerry actively stays current with manufacturing and product development as well as consumer trends and safety.
